Marzouqi complex is a mixed use development built in MBZ City. The deign of this building is utilitarian with a focus on commercial use of the space in addition to serving residential needs.

Giving due emphasis to client’s needs, we have designed this customized space as a unique structure to distinguish it from other buildings in the area.
